Mexican Cooking Class - Chile en Nogada
Chili en Nogada is one of the typical dishes of the cuisines of the state of Puebla. It has been called the "poblano dish par excellence". The colors of the poblano, cream and pomegranate symbolize those of the flag of Mexico. Internationally, it is considered on e of the finest and representative dishes of Mexican haute cuisine. Chef Paulina Lara will give a class to learn how to prepare this delicious dish and be ready for the month of September.
