Walk Through Chapultepec Botanical Gardens

Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful plants, and get your steps in for the day!

Details:  Indigenous peoples of the pre-Hispanic era had a great love of nature, and their knowledge of medicinal, nutritional and toxic plants has not been entirely forgotten since the Chapultepec Botanical Garden has absorbed that interest for plants and life in general. It is a reservoir for Mexican plants like cacti, ornamental plants, medicinal plants, and ecosystems such as wetlands and grasslands. It has an Arboretum and Orchidarium area with 200 species, children’s workshops, and a greenhouse. The gardens are spread over five hectares. Please note this is not a tour.

Stollers are welcome!
